Good Morning Mango Cereal
Ingredients for 4 Portions
- ½ cup of Fuel By Nature Dried Mango
- 2 oz of Fuel By Nature Dried Ginger
- 1 cup millet flakes
- ½ cup spelt flakes
- 2 tbsp. acacia honey
- 2 ½ cups natural yogurt
- 5 fl oz milk
- 1 tbsp. coconut chips
Preparation
Total time approx. 20 minutes
1. Prepare and serve muesli
Mix the millet flakes and spelled flakes in a bowl. Cut the mango pieces and ginger pieces into small pieces and add. Mix honey, yogurt and milk in another bowl. Spread the millet flakes and spelled flakes mixture in the cereal bowls, pour the yogurt mixture over them and serve everything sprinkled with coconut chips.
