SHIPPING

Deliveries will be dispatched from Fuel By Nature within 10 working days of order and payment processing. Receipt of delivery to purchaser’s address is dependent on purchaser’s proximity to Fuel By Nature and may range from overnight to seven days. Various Courier Services are used for all parcels, and tracking information will be sent via them once the item has been shipped.

Delivery dates or times indicated are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date or time. No time of the essence transaction will be considered unless agreed in writing by Fuel By Nature.  Fuel By Nature do not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

At this stage, deliveries cannot be made anywhere outside of the United States of America.

Fuel By Nature must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping. To investigate, please provide photo evidence that damage was caused during transit.

All attempts will be made to ship items in original packaging. There may be instances where the packaging can be damaged in transit. Minor labels markings or scuffing is impossible to avoid in every instance. If you require a product in pristine condition we recommend you visit a supplier directly or contact us directly via our contact page.

REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it including in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@maxwellfoods.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I was expecting small nuggets of mango covered in a little dark chocolate. What you get are large, long, thin slices of mango heavily covered in good dark chocolate! The ratio of chocolate to mango is about 3-1, making these more of a candy than a fruit snack. They taste great! You can cut these into smaller pieces for more reasonable serving sizes. Would repurchase!

I was lucky to receive two different brands of crystalized ginger to sample at the same time, which allowed me to really compare and contrast the two. While both types of ginger were very different, they are both really delicious and deserving of 5 stars. It ultimately comes down to what you look for when you're purchasing crystalized ginger. This particular crystalized ginger is for TRUE ginger lovers! It's packed with very strong and super spicy ginger flavor! Think like you're eating ginger off your plate of sushi - it's that flavor but with a nice coating of sugar to add a little sweetness. The other brand of crystallized ginger I tried was definitely sweeter, but I think this is more true to the real flavor of ginger. It's also perfectly soft and chewy and is fun to eat. I can see myself grabbing a couple pieces of this ginger for a quick snack or incorporating it into various recipes. This is a HUGE bag of ginger and from the time I received it until its expiration date is about 21 months. Overall, I highly recommend this product to any ginger lovers!

Fuel by Nature Cheeky Diced Mango is an absolutely delicious treat. Each piece measures about .375 square inches and a whole 1 ounce pack of these treats contains only 100 calories, 25mg of sodium and 25g of carbs. This 12 pack is nicely presented in two groups of 6. Each individual pack is also securely wrapped so they are easy to transport in a purse, pocket, etc. The ingredients include: dried mango, sugar, dextrose and sodium metabisulphite as a preservative. The taste is soft, chewy and sweet. Fuel by Nature 12 Pack of Cheeky Diced Mango is a quick and convenient way to have a nice snack or quick tasty sweet treat on hand and ready to go.
